Construct a Single \”Kindbird\” 132kV Line from Existing Double Circuit Line Located 10.7km from Mizpah Substation to the new Msinga Substation.

OptiPower supplied, installed, and commissioned a 44.5km stretch of 132kV line. The foundation was designed for the 273A tower, and termination of a High Voltage line and associated earth wires commenced. Two legs of each terminal tower was connected to the substation\’s earthmat by using 50x3mm copper conductor.  This terrain was mountainous and very rocky, and required complex helicopter construction.
