Notification of Addition to Senior Management Group. Issued by the General Manager – Colin Elliott, on 2 November 2016.

It shall be noted on this, the 2^nd day of November 2016, that an additional member has been welcomed to the Senior Management Group. It gives me great pleasure to announce that the new member, Mr. Kevin Swart, an employee of OptiPower Projects, has been promoted from his long-held position of Senior Estimator, and appointed to the title of Operations Manager: Substations. We are very proud of the achievements Kevin has made, and his commitment to the continued success of OptiPower Projects. In his new position, Kevin’s Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows:

• Overall responsible for Tendering – Sub Stations (Remains).
• Overall responsible for Sub Station, Project Execution, and as such:
  • Project Managers doing Substation Projects will work closely with Kevin for Operational, Execution and Technical requirements. Mr. K. McCabe will still offer assistance to the Project Managers as directed, but will liaise with Kevin for Operational requirements.
  • Site Managers doing Sub Stations will work closely with Kevin for Operational, Execution and Technical requirements.
