As part of OptiPower’s Upington Nieuwehoop 400kV line project, OptiPower elected to donate it’s time, expertise and new furniture to a local school in Upington, called Swarthmore Primary School.

In January 2015, a large area of open fields were set ablaze in the Boland and Overberg regions, resulting in widespread devastation of ecology in the Hottentots Holland Biosphere.
CSI – SAVF Belfast Child- and Youth Care Centre
OptiPower had the pleasure of investing in the future of a local Children’s Home located in Belfast. A successful CSI event was hosted at the SAVF Belfast Child- and Youth Care Centre, where representatives of OptiPower, Eskom, and SAVF attended the event.
CSI – Phillip Ndimande Secondary School
OptiPower recently had the opportunity to invest in the future of a local Secondary School located within the Vulcan Project area. A successful CSI event was hosted at the Phillip Ndimande Secondary School, where representatives of OptiPower, Eskom, and the Department of Health attended the event.
